Eapg Green Ripley glass, 'Arched ovals, 'Almond thumbprint' mug
This sWeet, antique Eapg pattern glass mug was made by Ripley & Co Glass, circa 1880’s, and was then continued by U. S. Glass until 1905. This Eapg pattern is called 'Arched Ovals' or 'Almond Thumbprint'. This Lovely, bright Emerald green mug has 12 large almond shaped 'thumbprints' around the base, and a slightly flared top rim. It is a beautifully etched, and dated, souvenir piece, with the name 'Martha L. Celeron, 1907' and is highlighted with shiny gold below the thumbprint pattern. This pretty emerald green, Antique glass mug measures 3 3/8 inches tall X 3 inches across the top rim X 2 1/4 inches across the pedestal ring base with impressed starburst design. In Excellent condition with NO chips or cracks, just some expected wear to the gold highlights and a tiny bubble, or two! A Fabulous sparkling Green glass treasure!
