This pretty antiQue glass eapg tumbler is the seldom-seen ‘Gold Rose’ pattern made by Northwood Glass, circa 1910. It is a bright, vivid Emerald green color pattern glass, signed in the bottom with the Northwood ‘underlined N in a circle’ mark. A Marvelous Eapg tumbler with 8 flat panels arched at the top leaving a slightly flared 1 inch top rim. Adorned with a lovely, heavily raised, Wild Rose bloom & leaf on one side, and a single rose bud & leaf on the other - all accented in shiny gold trim - which is just beautiful against the deep, Emerald green glass! This antiQue glass tumbler measures 4 inches tall X 3 1/8 inches across the top rim X 2 3/8 inches across the base with fancy pressed star design. In Very good condition, with one very small, smooth flat flake on the very bottom. Also, Slightly ‘out of round’ which gives it great charm and character! The Gold around the rim also has significant wear from age, however the gold highlighting the roses is Very good on both sides. A Sweet antiQue tumbler in a scarce Northwood pattern!
