These deLigHtfUL antiQue Victorian glass salt & pepper shakers are the "Beaded Panel and Sunburst" eapg pattern made by the Heisey Glass Company. Also called ‘Chrysanthemum’ - this was the Heisey Glass pattern “No.1235“ made between 1897 - 1905. Heisey made two shapes of shakers in this pattern - A ‘barrel’ shape, and this ‘bulbous’ shape. These are crystal clear, high-quality Heisey glass, mold-blown shakers with an Ornate sunburst and slash pattern. The bulbous shaker body has four sparkling, sunburst designs, each separated by deep, beveled grooves - the slim neck is paneled, and the very bottom has a polished pontil. Each shaker measures 3 ¼ inches tall X 1 7/8 inches across the bottom. In Very Good condition with the original metal lids. One shaker has a minor, small flat chip - unseen - on the very bottom surface. No markings - though this older Heisey pattern was seldom marked. Add this hard-to-find Heisey shaker set to your collection!
