This beautiful antiQue Custard Glass spooner is the ‘Louis XV’ pattern made by Northwood Glass, circa 1898. This is a GrEaT Victorian pattern with Lots of ornate scroll details, a scalloped rim, four curled ‘feet’, and a dainty gold flower on two sides. This is an ivory colored ‘custard’ glass with a slight green tint - very popular in Victorian times - glows a strong green under uv blacklight! This Northwood Glass spooner measures 4 ½ inches tall X 4 ¼ inches wide. In Very good condition with wear to the Gold trim consistent with age. This 'Louis XV' pattern was one of several Northwood patterns that was never marked with the Northwood trademark. A sUpeR example of Northwood custard Glass!
