This Lovely antiQue Opal (Milk Glass) covered sugar bowl was made by the A. H. Heisey Glass Co., circa 1897 to 1905. This is Heisey's popular Victorian pattern called 'Bead Swag'. This is gorgeous Creamy white 'Opal' glass, hand-painted with a charming floral design in vivid shades of rosey pinks, brown, yellow and green, with a raised Beaded design in a swag pattern along the lower portion of the bowl and around the lid, as well. With a round finial top on the lid and an 18 point starburst on the very bottom. Measures over 6 inches high with the lid on X 3 1/4 inches across the sugar bowl rim opening and 4 inches wide across the base.
