A Hattie Carnegie pin that is very rare. This unique piece of jewelry has a gold toned metal foundation that is made to look like a fish with large and flowing fins as well as whiskers which may indicate that this is a catfish. What is very unique about this piece is the black colored glass beads that shoot out from the body section. This section has a number of black glass balls that are wired onto the frame of this pin and are capped with gold toned metal rondells that sport tremendous looking red rhinestones in them. These rondells also have a gorgeous white rhinestone on top of each of the gold toned metal rondell pieces. The fish eye is also made with a rondell and this is very unique. This piece is not perfect though as it has one fin that has been bent and a rondell that has all of it's red colored rhinestones missing. These problems are very unnoticeable and these problems could be easily repaired. The back of this amazing pin has a long a well made pin with a very strong and secure pin clasp. The pin also has the signature "Hattie Carnegie" within a small oval plaque on the back of the largest fin. This item measures 3 1/2" from the mouth to the back of the tail fin and 1 1/4" from the top to the bottom fin. A very amazing piece of jewelry that is very different from the mass amounts of Hattie Carnegie that have been produced and are out there. This one is just plain unique. A gorgeous and rare Hattie Carnegie fish pin.
