A unique design of the famous ceramic flamingos made during the 1930s-1950s. This piece is so special being different than any other design I have or have even seen. The flamingo is a bit smaller than the other designs we have listed in our shop and it's pose is what makes it stand out from the rest. The flamingo stands upright with it's wings spread out and it's neck bent with the head facing down. The flamingo stands in a field of tall grass which is covered in green glaze. The flamingo has gorgeous pink and white glaze for it's feathers and body as well as some black glaze for the tips of the feathers and the beak as well. The piece measures 7" long with its width measurement being 3 1/2" from wing to wing and 2 1/2" thick. There is absolutely no wear at all to the piece and being that it is such an unusual design it is definitely a must have for collectors.
