Antique Victorian brass chatelaine from the 1890s. This item is composed of a fine brass metal that makes two ornate star shaped pins that have pointed strands shooting out from a round center element. The two star shaped sections have pins on the back with locking "C" clasps that hold well. These pins are separated by three brass metal chains that make the chatelaine. There are also two dangles one of which is a round brass medallion and the other being an ornate decanter of some sort. The larger pin measures 1 5/8" in diameter and the smaller one is 1 1/8" in diameter. The entire chatelaine measures 10" in length and is in great overall condition with no wear to the metal.
