Hattie Carnegie court jester pin with faux pearls. This unique item is a very rare piece made by Hattie Carnegie between the late 1930s and mid 1950s. This item is an amazing court jester brooch that looks so detailed and cynical in appearance. The jester is made up of a fine gold tone metal which has a floppy hat having each tip accented by a faux seed pearl. The rim of the hat is lined in pave set white rhinestones and the jester has squinting eyes, flowing gold tone hair, and a large hooked nose. The collar also has flailing extensions tipped by imitation pearls and from the pin is gold tone metal chains suspended from the center. At the end of these chains are faux baroque pearls hooked to the chains and the back of the court jester has a pin and clasp as well as the signature "Hattie Carnegie" within an oval cartouche. The jester measures 4" long by around 2" wide and has absolutely no damage.
