A very nice piece of old and rare Hattie Carnegie jewelry. This is one of Hattie's first pieces having her oldest signature and being made in the 1940s. This item is made up of a nice gold plated metal that forms the upper half of Queen Isabella adorned with a crown and lovely glass accents. This brooch has a row of white baguettes at the base of the pin and many pave set white rhinestones surrounding the large imitation pearl body. The queen's collar has rows of perfect white rhinestones and the crown also has pave set white rhinestones surrounding a center red bezel set rhinestone. The back has the fur clip that holds great and the signature "H.C." within a square cartouche. This pin measures 2 1/2" long and there is only a bit of wear to the gold tone from age.
