A set of vintage Har jewelry from the 1950s. This amazing set is the full genie parure composed of a necklace, bracelet, earrings, and three pins including the famous Har harem girl! This set comes from the mystery company known as Hargo Creations started by Joseph Heibronner and Edith Levitt out of New York, New York. They made many pieces during their short period in business between 1955-1967 with themes such as this genie set. The necklace is made up of a wonderful thick gold plated metal chain that connects to the genie pendant. This pendant is made of a gold plated metal foundation which forms a turbaned genie holding a crystal ball made out of clear lucite. The turban is accented by blue rhinestones and centered with a reddish blue cabochon. There is a gold tone metal star in the middle of the lucite ball that has a blue rhinestone center and a row of white rhinestones that line the base of the crystal ball. The chain has a fold over style clasp that holds securely and the entire piece measures 24" long with the pendant being 2 1/8" long by 1" wide. The bracelet is made with links being themed after the genie lamp, sultan's castle, and a half genie all accented by aurora borealis rhinestones, red glass stones as well as sapphire and white rhinestones in gold washed metal. The push button clasp and safety chain add extra security to an already tight hold and the measurements are 7 1/2" long from clasp end to end and 1 1/2" wide. The harem pin features the lucite fish bowl with a gold tone fish inside and has sapphire, aurora borealis, and white rhinestones all around the harem's body. This pin has a wonderful fastening that holds well, the back is signed "HAR", and the measurements are 2" tall by 2" wide. The genie butler pin is in great condition and has a lucite bowl with a large round red glass stone in the middle of it. This pin has a great pin clasp that holds fine and the signature "c. HAR" underneath
of this. The pin measurements are 2 1/2" tall by 1/2" wide. The half genie pin features a sapphire rhinestone decor
surrounding a large red glass rhinestone. This genie holds a lucite ball with a gold tone star and a sapphire colored rhinestone in the middle. The pin has a great locking "C" clasp that holds well, is signed "HAR" on the back, and the measures 2 1/4" tall by 2" from elbow to elbow. Finally the earrings are composed of gold tone metal boasting sapphire rhinestones and a large red glass stone on the turban. The genie is holds a large clear lucite crystal ball and has white rhinestones along his collar. The earrings are clips that hold great. The back of one is signed "HAR" with a copyright symbol in front of it and each measures 1 5/8" tall by 3/4" wide. The entire set is in very good for age condition and you will have a hard time finding this entire set anywhere else in such great shape.
