Trifari crown pin with sterling silver and faux pearls. The top of this gorgeous Trifari pin is lined with a row of nine amazing imitation pearls in bezel sets. Just underneath these imitation pearls are nine red glass rhinestones prong set in the gold toned vermeil over sterling silver. Set just below and in between the red rhinestones are eight bezel set tiny white rhinestones that simply glow. Across the front forehead region of this crown is a row of seven square cut glass gemstones that look brilliant. There are four green glass square cut gemstones along with three white ones and each color interchanges within the design. Finally the bottom row of this pin has a row of 11 pave set white rhinestones that look marvelous. The back of this piece of jewelry has a pin and clasp that holds well. The bottom half of the back side is signed "Trifari Sterling Des. Pat. No. 140779" with a crown over the "T" in Trifari. This patent number dates the crown to April 10th, 1945.
