An amazing vintage 1930s American-made brass dress clip with a layered foliate design and faux turquoise blue speckled art glass beads and cabochons. The clip mechanism has Patent Number 1801128 which dates from the mid 1930s and the maker was likely a Rhode Island company. It can be worn as a dress clip, or clipped to velvet ribbon or a nice chain to be worn as a necklace.

The condition is very good, with nice patina on the brass. The body of the clip is 2 3/8 inches long with dangles of ball chain and brass bead caps on the faux turquoise teardrop beads. The layered brass design has leaves and floral embellishments. The art glass is light blue with black and white speckles.
