Gorgeous Vintage 18k Italian Carved Cameo Brooch or Pendant, Fob for wearing on a chain - This fabulous vintage cameo brooch was handmade by a master carver in Italy. It features a lovely lady with up-swept hair and a necklace of pearls. It was carved from the Carnelian shell that is native to Italy and is in very good condition. It is marked "750" which is the European mark for eighteen carat gold, 750/1000 pure gold. This cameo will arrive carefully packaged and gift boxed. It is a wonderful treasure for someone special. It measures one and a quarter inches round. It can be worn on a chain or as a pin.
