I am not sure what country this doll represents. I was thinking perhaps Tibetan or some other Asian community. Then I was searching further & it may be a Swedish, Norway or Bulgarian. The head & forearms are porcelain. There is no legs just a cone shaped cardboard covered with a sponge like material. Does anyone know anything about this doll? I believe she is from the 1970's or 1980's. I know the family who owned this doll. They were world traveler's for decades.
She has a multi layered costume. Apron, long vest, skirt with long sleeves top. Has lace appliques on the vest, rick rack on the skirt & embroidery on the apron. Any help identifying her would be so appreciated. Thanks
