I am offering a a beautiful satin red, aka pigeon blood, glass with a painted flower band EAPG shaker. This was made by Lancaster glass, which was in operation only between 1901 and 1902. Inside the shaker, there are 2 strips of paper which identify this piece.
I note wear of the white flower band as well as a 1/8" chip on the rim (which is covered by the lead cap). I see surface scratching to the satin glass, but no chips or cracks on the body of the shaker. I believe the top is lead; as you can see, there is some discoloration of the top of the metal.
The shaker measures 2 3/4" tall x 2 3/4" maximum diameter
