This lovely antique napkin ring has a full set of English hallmarks: the sterling mark (lion), the city mark (crown for Sheffield), the date letter (i for 1901), and the maker's mark (HA for Harry Atkin). The unusually fine work on the ends make this napkin ring far above the average. Also it is exceptionally heavy: 2.3 ounces on a postal scale. Most sterling rings are somewhere around an ounce. The condition is outstanding. There are no scratches, dents, or problems of any kind.
