This was one of the very early flint EAPG patterns-dating from the 1830's . It is given the name "Krom". In the reference book, "Early American Pattern Glass" by Alice Hulett Metz, This is the second goblet listed in the section on "Very Early Patterns". The goblet is #15 on page 8. It is 5 1/2 inches tall and and 3 1/4 inches in diameter. All of the early flint goblets are heavy, as is this one. In spite of being about 170 years old, the goblet is in beautiful condition.
