Made in Japan, 1940s-50, this is a style of the souvenir hula girl nodders that you don't often see, Note the left hand position. She is 6&1/2 inches tall and is in good condition with no repairs, or paint touch ups. Note that there is a scuff in the composition material on 3 fingers of her left hand. Sometimes these were sent home by servicemen, and stayed packed away for years. This one has been displayed, and shows some age wear to her grass skirt, and chenille lei, and the cloth flower in her hair has yellowed. She's a bit of a leaner. No magnet on the bottom...she was made without one.
I currently have several pieces of vintage Hawaiiana in my shop, including other nodders, and am happy to combine shipping. You can see them all by typing the word, "Hawaiian", or, "nodder", in the California Girls search box at the top of this page
If you are ordering more than one item from my shop, wait to pay until I send back an invoice with the combined shipping discount
