Vintage, ceramic, orange, or lemon juice reamer that is marked on the bottom, "Hand Painted...Made in Japan". It measures 4 inches tall, and a little over 4 inches in diameter across the center. No chips or cracks. Minor paint wear to the gold leaf handle.
