I love these vintage Wilson ramp walkers, and this is the nicest one I've had in my shop. While the penguin isn't the most difficult one to find, this one is not only in excellent condition, but he has a decal that identifies him as a souvenir of the 1940 Golden Gate International Exposition, San Francisco Bay (held on Treasure Island). The decal is 100%, and a a city skyline image, with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background. The walker, itself, is near mint, less the yellowing of the white paint, especially the whites of his eyes. He has his often missing leather wings/arms and tail feather. Some of these were made of wood, with a heavy cardboard body, but this is one of the nicer ones that has a wooden body. His little legs send him waddling on the slightest incline. He stands just under 4&1/2 inches tall.
I currently have several other vintage toys in my shop, and am happy to combine shipping. To see them all, type, "toy" in the California Girls search box at the top of this page
