1930s-40s clear glass bottle with plastic cap that is 4&1/2 inches tall, and marked with embosses measuring, dosage lines on the sides, and, "Illinois" on the bottom. It was made to hold 2 ounces of John's Green Oil. It comes in its original box that states is was "prepared from the formula of W. G. Malcolm, M.D.", and made by Malcolm and Son Inc. Chetek, Wis.". Nice lettering and picture of a little boy. Both pieces are in mint, clean, unused condition.
