Mid 1800s-early 1900s, tea and coffee servers that are marked on the bottom, Manhattan Plate Co., Nickel Silver". They are unique in that they have a figural, Art Nouveau looking, lady's head, and a Mercury man's head on the bands around the spouts. There are/were spacers in the handles that were made of bone, or sense plastic. As you can see in the photos, there is damage to these spacers. There is wear to the silver plating, and I have not cleaned or polished them, although I see polish residue from a previous owner. There is rust inside them both. having said that, I have priced these low because of the condition, but they are unique, and there is a matched pair. The coffee server is 7 inches tall, by 9&1/2 wide from spout tip to handle's end. The tea, or hot water server, is 6 inches tall, by 9&1/2 wide from spout tip to handle's end. I apologize for the high shipping, but these weigh 3&1/2 pounds, before packing.
