Belleek Ireland "Celtic Charm" Woven Porcelain Basket

Lovely, round, four strand basket that was made in Ireland. It measures 2&1/4 inches tall, by 6 inches in diameter, and is in mint condition (no box). The lacy edge is decorated with delicate yellow flowers, and green shamrocks.
