Early 1900s, tin lithograph advertising promotion for Watkins Vanilla. Often the fragile, metal loops are missing, but this one is intact. The tin does show some wear on both sides (see photos). One side shows the image of the Vanilla bottle, and the other side, which shows the most wear, has the threading instructions. An unusual addition to a collection of vintage advertising promotions, or vintage spice manufacturers. It measures 3&1/4 inches tall, to the top end of the loop.
I currently have several pieces of vintage advertising in my shop, including other tins, and am happy to combine shipping. To see them all, type the word, "advertising", or, "advertising tin", in the California Girls search box at the top of this page
