Circa 1940s-50s. Very heavy, high quality, nicely detailed and heavily bronze finished pair of metal horse bookends. Marked on the back, "PMC 88". "PMC" is the Philadelphia Manufacturing Company. They measure 5&1/2inches high, by 4&3/4 wide, by 3&1/4 inches deep. The only imperfection that I see is that the protective felt on the bottom is missing from one of them. Lovey, and even patina on the bronze wash finish. I apologize for the high shipping, but this pair weighs about 5 pounds, before packing. I am offering 2 types of priority shipping. Flat rate and regular weight. Please choose the best option for you, based on your location.
I currently have several other vintage metal horse pieces in my shop, and am happy to combine shipping. Some with riders, or a jockey, and some without. Some Western. Some racing, some Western, and some with no theme. To see them all, type the word, "horse" in the California Girls search box at the top of the page.
If you are ordering more than 1 item from my shop, wait to pay until I send back an invoice with the combined shipping discount.
