The Franciscan "Oasis Eclipse" pattern is from the same, mid century period time, and in the same general modern design motif, as the Starburst pattern that was also made in California by Franciscan, Gladding McBean Pottery, in the 1950s to early 1960s. They have the same, slightly oval, modern shape, and speckled background as Starburst. Offered here are the creamer and sugar bowl. The sugar bowl is a tad over 3 inches tall, 3 inches in diameter, and in excellent condition. The creamer is 4 inches tall, and would be perfect EXCEPT for a small chip on the underside of the spout. I have included close up photos. I apologize for the high shipping, but this pottery is heavy!
I will be listing several pieces of Oasis in my shop over the week. If you purchase more than one piece, or group from my shop, please wait to pay until I double check the accuracy of the combined shipping calculator, and send back the invoice. To see them all, type, "Franciscan", or "Oasis" in the California Girls search box at the top of the page.
