In the early 1980s, Dorothy Taylor had a mold maker make a series of miniature baskets that were pressed and iridized by Fenton. This miniature basket is a soft yellow art glass, with creamy white swirls, especially on the delicate ruffled edge. Known as "Vaseline Opal". Inside is the pressed image of a pony's head. It is 4&1/2 inches tall, and in perfect condition. Marked, "TAYLOR", as well as the Fenton logo incised in the mold on the bottom. I recently purchased a collection of Fenton baskets, and will be listing them individually in my shop. I'm happy to combine shipping. To see all of them, type, "Fenton" in the search box at the top of this page.
