This old, bobbing head, celluloid toy measures 3&1/2 inches long from the tip of his beak, to the end of his tailfeathers. He's all original. His head is hung in places with a thin wire, and there is a weight on the end, which gives him a nice, smooth bobbing action (up and down, and side to side) at the slightest breeze. A good earthquake indicator, too, if he's kept in a glass display case, where breezes can't get to him. The celluloid is slightly yellowed, and it looks like the paint on his beak and feet has faded. Still, very good condition, with none of the splits, or pushed in places that are commonly found with these old celluloid toy animals.
