This beautiful vintage Navajo sterling bracelet is signed by Navaho artist Wilbur Tracy and is from an estate in Yarmouth, Maine. The bracelet is wide measuring about 1 and 3/8" in width. It is beautifully hand stamped, and shadow stamping can be seen on the interior of the bracelet as shown in one of the photos. It is stamped sterling and W Tracy on the inside end of the cuff. The bracelet has an interior diameter of 2 and 1/4" and a gap of 1 and 1/4". The taped interior measures 6" allowing for a medium to large wrist, yet because of the size of the gap a smaller wrist can wear it without fear of it falling off. The photo of the bracelet being worn is of me; I have a small 6 and 1/4" wrist and like loose bracelets, yet this does not fall off as it would had the gap been wider. The bracelet weighs 39.7 grams on my jewelry scale, very substantial. A wonderful piece of Navajo artistry, this bracelet will become a favorite addition to your Native American jewelry collection. It would also make a lovely gift for the special person in your life.
