If you love the firey rivoli stones that DeLizza and Elster used in their Juliana jewelry, then you will enjoy wearing this pretty circle brooch with three Siam red rivoli stones highlighting it. Of course circle pins have been popular for many years starting in the late 50's and into the 1960's. D&E has modernized this style for the 1980's with the addition of the rivoli stones and complemented them with red navettes. In addition, they have made the pin not exactly circular to make it more stylish. The clasp is also the style they used in the 1980's and can be seen the Karla Wacker's Juliana guide book, "Juliana :The Last Generation". The brooch or pin is in excellent condition and is approximately 2" in diameter, has bright gold-tone plating, and the stones are nothing but brilliant. One can see where the circular wire comes together that forms the base for the pin, but that is the only thing I can see to point out. The photos here are hugely enlarged to give you a good look at the stones which are all original with no damage. The brooch would look lovely holding a scarf, and I love to wear bright colored ones on denim jackets. This will make a nice addition to your Juliana or vintage jewelry collection.
