A lovely antique (circa early 1800s) English Serving Bowl. The Bowl is made of soft paste porcelain and has a pretty flower sprig design, it is signed on the bottom in red with the Derby logo, the mark dates the bowl circa late 1700s to early 1800. The bowl is large with overall dimensions of 13 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 6 1/4" high. It is in very good overall condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is one spot on the foot that has some in-the-making shrink lines, see closeup photo. The top edge is trimmed in gold, it has wear. The Bowl would make an excellent addition to an English pottery collection, it is rare and wonderful.
