Offered for purchase is a beautiful William Guerin (WG&Co.) Limoges Arts & Crafts Floral "Spiderwort" Design Cachepot/Vase (c.1918-1932). The design for this item is by Mrs. John Ehlers and may be found in the April 1918 issue of Keramic Studio Magazine. Keramic Studio Magazine was a monthly publication for the amateur porcelain/china decorator which provided designs, detailed instructions on porcelain/china decorating, as well as articles and photographs of competitions and displays between various china decorating studios and clubs. The magazine was first published in May 1899 and continued into the late-1920’s. The vase is in excellent condition... no chips, cracks or repairs, although there are some minor surface scratches and wear from age and use. The vase is approximately 8 inches tall, 6.75 inches long and 3.5 inches wide. The bottom is marked as indicated in the pictures.
