This is a beautiful, simple piece of early 19th century Thai pottery, with a gorgeous floral repeating pattern in a textured, evocative shape and a naive construction. The glaze is a gorgeous dark brownish-green, an earthen tone that is beautiful as a display vessel on its own or as part of a collection or a more textured design scape.

The piece is in good antique condition with age-appropriate wear. There is a possible old repair to the top rim, which should be visible in photographs.
