This is a unique and collectible cast iron industrial machinery piece that has been converted from its original use in a textile factory to a glass top table. The table has a scalloped crown motif around the circumference of the top, and beautiful curved legs. The cast iron has some amazing age to it, with age-appropriate oxidation and some chipped industrial green paint remnants from an original painted finish. Equal parts chic and gritty, this piece of history looks great in any setting, and can easily complement any decor when done right. We have a piece of cut glass fitted to the inner circle of the table (not pictured), making it perfect as a side table or room accent; however, the table base would be appropriate for any size or shape of glass top you desire.
The table is in great antique condition with age-appropriate wear.
The diameter of the top of the table is 24 inches wide. The table with the legs into account is about 40 inches wide in total. The cut glass piece we have as an inset is 19 inches wide in diameter and is nestled flush with the top of the table's interior circle. The table stands 27 inches high.
