RARE Dwarf Clock with Brass Dial, and Engraved on Silvered Badge "John Long * Hanover", with 8 day working Time & Strike Movement !(John Long was working in Hanover, Pennsylvania) All Hand-Made 8 Day Brass Movement, also has a working Hourly Brass Strike Bell.
Scrolled Top Arch with Button Rosettes, Fluted Keystone on Tympanum and Central Finial on Hood. Tombstone Door with Fluted Quarter Columns on the Waist, ending with a Base that has book-matched veneered front, and Baseboard Molded Trim.
Case is Walnut, with Pine secondary woods.

Condition : Movement is in Very Fine condition. Winding Barrel Bushing have already been replaced, front & rear.
Has just been Ultrasonically Cleaned, all parts Inspected, Re-Oiled, tested weekly operation, and is keeping Good Time.
The 5 quarter inch thick wood Seat Board is a Replacement.

Measures : Overall Height is 58 3/4 inches, Width of Hood is 17 inches and 10 inches Deep at Top Cornice Molding.
