Victorian Teacher's "Cast Brass Hand Bell" with Original Crackled Black Painted Hardwood Handle Circa 1870 to 1900 ! If you're old enough to have seen one of these in your childhood, you'll remember that it was used to call us in from recess, before the Electric Bell or Alarm. Bell Sounds Clear & Loud, has No Cracks or internal Fractures, but someone soldered the middle Ferrule between the bell & wood handle for some unknown reason. As seen in the last photo. (Priced accordingly)
Measures : Stands 9 inches high with a 4 3/4 inch Bell diameter.
Weight : 1 Pound, and 4 Ounces.
