Very Nice Display Set of 19th Century Tinsmith made "Fleur-De-Lis and 3 Leaf Clover" Cookie Cutters !
Early Tin was actually thin iron sheeting with a protective coating of tin on the exterior to slow down the oxidation process.
Tinsmith made Cookie Cutters "Three Leaf Clover" for St. Patrick's Day, and a "Fleur-De-Lis" for Royal Cookies, or St. Joan of Arch.
All Hand Made and Seam Soldered Circa 1850 to 1890's Century.
Measurements: 4 & 3 3/4 inches Wide, 3 3/8 & 3 inches High, and 1/2 & 5/8 inches Deep.
Condition: Very Fine condition with some normal loose spots & surface oxidation.
Weight : 1.8 Ounces.
