Probable German Ceramic Bisque "Dog Playing Instrument" all hand paint decorated and glazed, but missing internal Whistle Ball or Reed. Circa 1900. Has the Blow Hole in the top, with an internally pasted Cover Plate with slotted hole inside Bottom. Black Outline and Dog ears, with Tan Instrument Body, and a Pink or Mauve colored Bow Tie.

Stands 23 1/2 inches high, and about 1 1/2 inches wide at base.

Weighs 3.2 Ounces.
