This was a very small Post in the 1890's with few surviving members . I am including a list of David Morgans which Served from Pennsylvania. Since there were 20 David Morgans from Pa. Infantry Regiments, searching the GAR records from Post #140 membership could reveal which outfit he served in.
Both Names are Identified on the back with Pencil writing : Grandpa & Grandma Morgan. Mother's Father & Mother David & Martha Morgan.

Photographer Front & Backmarked with Great Eastlake Decor : H. S. Betts (Henry S. Betts) Third Street,Between Oak & Hickory Sts. Mt. Carmel,Pa. Only Years listed as working in Mt. Carmel is 1890 and 1891.
