This is a French Limoges hard paste porcelain footed perfume or cologne bottle with a stopper. The maker is Delinieres. The date is the end of the 19th century, circa 1894 to 1930.
The bottle is entirely hand painted. The ground is shaded from cream at the bottom to green at the top. Around the belly of the bottle winds wild pink roses on thorny stems, with gray and green leaves.
The shape is round with four curled feet.
The bottle is 6 ½” high to the top of the stopper, 5 1/8” to the top of the rim, and 4 ½” wide at the belly.
The stopper is gilded gold, and so are the four feet.
I cannot find an artist’s signature.
The green maker’s mark is D&Co underscored by France.
There are no nicks, chips or crazing. The bottom of the stopper, where it is unglazed and unpainted, is dirty with age. The gold on the stopper has a little bit of age patina.
