This is an unusual French cameo art glass scent perfume bottle, or for cologne; there is no atomizer. The date is circa 1910.
The bottle has at least three layers of glass. The inner layer is yellow with mottled streaks of another color. The middle layer is a clear glass. The outer layer is a dark green glass.
The outer layer is cut back to form leaves and stems going up the side of the bottle. There is a great deal of rubbing wear to the green layer, with spots of green missing on the sides where the bottle was held by the owner, and around the bottom.
The top is metal and an atomizer puffer should be attached but is long absent; there is patina age wear on the metal. The value of this bottle is for the unique aspect of the cameo and color of the glass, not so much to be used as a perfume bottle.
The height is 6 ¼” and the width is 2 ¾”.
The bottom is smooth and slightly indented in the center. The green outer layer is not on the bottom.
There are no chips, nicks or cracks in the glass, just wear to the outer green layer.
