This is a Bohemian art glass bowl on a metal stand, dating to the late 19th century, or circa 1890.
The bowl is 4” high and 8 ½” wide.
The glass is amber. The edges are turned down that makes the bowl a tri-fold shape. Where the rim is not turned down, the rim is crimped symmetrically in all three places. The rim edge is round.
At each fold, there is hand enameled leaves and flowers in the colors of yellow, green, blue, pink and white, with some touches of orange and gold stems.
The metal stand is most likely brass and is unmarked as to the maker. The bowl is firmly attached to the stand. The metal shows patina due to age.
The pontil on the underside is round, indented and highly polished. There are no chips, nicks or cracks. There is a small spot of dark discoloration on the bottom, inside the glass.
