This is a Bohemian Czech black art glass scent perfume bottle, or for cologne, with a metal top and frayed atomizer. The date is the 20th century, circa 1940.
The glass is paneled and deeply carved with flowers, leaves and stems.
The bottle is 5 3/8” high and 1 ¾” wide at the bottom.
I have not tried to remove the metal top, so keep in mind this bottle may be for display only and not refillable. The end of the cord to the atomizer is frayed from age and use; it is the original atomizer.
The bottom is polished smooth with a large side bevel. There are small smooth nicks where the paneled edges meet the bevel at the bottom, which are difficult to see in the photos and may be part of the beveling process.
There are no chips or cracks. Anything that might appear to be a chip to you is part of the carving process and intended to be present.
