This is a beautiful Bohemian small art glass vase on a footed bronze metal stand. The date is the 19th century, circa 1890.
The vase, including the stand, is 5 ½" high and 2 ¾" wide at the belly.
The glass is a beautiful pale ruby red or pink cranberry with an iridescent finish. The front of the vase has hand enameled flowers, leaves and stems.
The metal stand has three feet and shows a lot of age patina.
The rim is polished flat and beveled slightly on the outside. There is still some gold trim showing on the rim.
The pontil is smooth and slightly indented.
There are a few air bubbles inside the glass. There are no nicks, chips or cracks.
