This is a small Bohemian Czech art glass scent, cologne or perfume bottle with the original stopper. The date is around the late 19th century to the first part of the 20th century, or circa 1900.
The bottle is about 3” to the top of the stopper and about 1” wide at the bottom. The glass is blue. The rim is polished flat and slightly beveled or chamfered on the outside. The neck, mouth and inside the mouth is covered in gold trim There is a pattern of hand painted gold leaves around the top of the bottle. The stopper forms a round bulb at the top and is also covered in gold trim. There is some wear to the gold trim due to age.
The bottom of the bottle is smooth and there are some ridges in the glass that can be felt with the fingers. There is a little bit of discoloration to the glass inside the bottle. There are an extra few flecks of gold paint on other parts of the bottle. There are no chips, cracks or nicks.
