This is an English liqueur set for sherry and cordials. The date is circa 1935.
The maker is A.B. Jones & Sons. The company is Grafton Works, one of the Staffordshire Potteries in Longton.
The material is soft paste porcelain. Typically, Staffordshire production is usually soft paste porcelain.
There are 4 small tumblers on a tray, and the tray has cup rings to hold each tumbler. The tray is 6 3/8”. Each tumbler is 1 5/8” high and 1 ¾” wide.
The pattern is one of clusters of blue flowers with yellow middles and green leaves. There are thin lines of gold above the flower as part of the design. The edges are trimmed in gold.
There are no nicks, chips or cracks. One tumbler has dark age lines in the interior glaze, not the porcelain, and may be the start of crazing.
The black mark is a sunburst above A.B.J. above Grafton China Made in England. There is a hand lettered number in gold of 6024 and another hand lettered symbol in gold that is a circle containing a dot.
