This is a glass paperweight made by Wilfred Smith & Co around 1900.
The paperweight shows a photo of the reverend or pastor next to his church. The pastor or minister is Rev G.N. Frame. The bottom of the photo shows text that reads First M.E. Church (Methodist?) Port Angeles Wash, so this is a little piece of Northwest history.
The paperweight is 4” long, 2 ½” wide and ¾” high.
The back of the paperweight holds a piece of paper as the backing, with the upper right corner peeling up a little bit. The backing has text that reads Manufactured By Wilfred Smith & Co 150 Nassau Street New York.
There are no chips, nicks or cracks in the glass.
