This is a Haviland French Limoges vase, porcelain or fine china. The date is circa 1970.
The vase may be either a brush holder for the bathroom or bedroom, or a spooner (spoon utensil holder) for the kitchen.
The pattern is called Vieux Paris Vert, or Old Paris Green. On the belly and neck of the vase there are nosegays of blue and red flowers set inside a green leaf wreath. There are small flowers scattered around the vase. There is a green band with dots and bordered with gold lines between the belly and the neck. The mouth is trimmed in gold.
The vase is about 7 ¼” high and 4” wide.
There are no nicks, chips, cracks or crazing.
The mark is Haviland Limoges Vieux Paris Vert Fabrique et Decore Limoges.
