Beyer & Bock Prussia Antique Royal Rudolstadt Wild Roses on Green Plate

Subject: Floral; Lovely white flowers with yellow/orange centers, maybe wild roses? Background is a beautiful green around the edges with a light creamy yellow inside fading to white in the very center. Some raised enamel highlighting on the flowers. The decoration on this plate was attained by a combination of pattern transfer with handpainting.

Dates: 1905-1931

Measurements: 8-1/2" wide

Backstamps: Crown over a B in a shield with the words "Prussia Royal Rudolstadt" and "Hand Painted" above it all. This mark was used by Beyer & Bock of Volkstedt, Thuringia, Germany from 1905 until 1931.

Condition: Very Good condition with no chips or cracks and only very minor gold trim wear. Some minor nips out of the unglazed center circle on the bottom of the plate, more evident in my photos than in person. Beautiful display piece!
